About
My name is Melissa Druskis
Since 2015 I've been providing supervision to BCBA/BCaBA students and creating resources and tools to make the remote supervision process more EFFECTIVE, ETHICAL, and SUPPORTIVE! I've even taken these tools and created a 3-Book Set of my Supervision Curriculum to help other BCBA's provide high-quality supervision and replicate this PROVEN system with all of their supervisees.

I started my career as a speech-language pathologist assistant. I loved the work I did, but sought a more data-driven therapy. After completing my master's degree in Cognition and Neuroscience, I completed the additional coursework to sit for the BCBA exam and passed the first time through. Since then I've working as a home-health and clinic-based BCBA, in leadership positions supervising and mentoring BCBA's, as a graduate-level co-instructor for Florida Institute of Technology, as a private consultant for ABA companies, and I've owned ABC Behavior Training throughout this time to provide education and training to behavior analysts. I am now expanding my knowledge even further by getting a second master's degree in social work with the goal to become a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. Through this expanse of experience, me and my team can help guide you through the supervision process and train you to become confident and competent behavior analysts.
